Are your products suitable for commercial and residential projects?
Absolutely. Our versatile LED fixtures are engineered to excel in diverse environments. They are widely specified for commercial spaces such as hotels, retail stores, offices, and restaurants, as well as high-end residential projects including luxury villas and modern apartments. We offer different specifications to match the exact requirements of each space.
Customization
Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are at the core of our business. We partner with global lighting brands, importers, and contractors to manufacture under their own labels (OEM) or develop entirely new lighting products from conceptual design through to mass production (ODM), backed by our robust engineering team.
Can you customize wattage, beam angle, CCT, and housing color?
Yes, we provide extensive customization options for every project. You can specify precise wattages, select narrow to wide beam angles, and choose CCTs ranging from 2700K to 6500K (or tunable white). We also offer custom housing finishes including matte black, white, silver, and any specific RAL color to match your design intent.
Can you customize packaging and logo?
Certainly. We help you build your brand identity by offering professional laser printing or silk-screen logo printing directly on the fixtures. Furthermore, we can design and produce fully customized inner color boxes, master cartons, instruction manuals, and product labels that perfectly align with your brand guidelines.
Samples
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes, we highly encourage ordering samples before proceeding with mass production. This allows you to evaluate the build quality, lighting performance, and finishing of our products firsthand. Sample evaluation is a crucial step in our quality assurance and project confirmation process.
How long does it take to prepare samples?
For our standard products or items requiring minor OEM modifications (such as specific CCT or beam angles), sample preparation typically takes 3 to 7 working days. For entirely new ODM prototypes requiring custom molds or structural engineering, the development phase usually requires 15 to 30 days.
Is the sample fee refundable?
Sample fees are normally charged. If the sample cost is not substantial and you later place a qualifying bulk order, the sample fee may be credited toward or refunded with that order. The applicable terms will be confirmed before the sample order.
MOQ and Pricing
What is your MOQ?
Our standard minimum order quantity is generally 100 pieces. The exact MOQ may vary depending on the product model, specifications, packaging, branding, and other customization requirements. Please contact us to confirm the MOQ for your selected product.
How can I get a quotation?
You can obtain a quotation by sending us an inquiry through our website contact form, emailing our sales team directly, or reaching out via WhatsApp/WeChat. Once we receive your requirements, our dedicated sales engineers will review your needs and provide a comprehensive, competitive price list within 24 hours.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
To ensure an accurate and rapid quotation, please provide as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes the specific product model or reference image, required wattage, order quantity, preferred CCT and beam angle, installation method, and any specific certification requirements for your target market.
Production and Delivery
How long is the production lead time?
Production usually takes approximately 1 to 4 weeks after the order details and payment terms are confirmed. The actual lead time depends on the order quantity, product specifications, customization requirements, material availability, and current production schedule.
How do you control product quality?
We implement a rigorous, multi-stage Quality Control (QC) system. This includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) on the assembly line, and 100% aging tests for a minimum of 12-24 hours. Finally, Final Quality Control (FQC) ensures every fixture meets our stringent standards before packaging.
Do you provide product certificates?
Our current standard products are not supplied with international certifications by default. If certification is required for your target market or project, please tell us before ordering so that the feasibility, testing scope, cost, and lead time can be evaluated for the selected model.
Payment and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
For samples and small orders, full payment is generally required before production. For bulk orders, the usual payment term is a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance paid before shipment. Final payment terms and the available payment method will be confirmed in the quotation according to the order value and project requirements.
Can you arrange shipping?
We can coordinate shipment with the customer or the customer’s nominated freight forwarder. The available shipping method, trade terms, freight cost, and delivery arrangement will be confirmed for each order before shipment.
How do you pack the products for export?
We utilize robust, export-grade packaging to guarantee your goods arrive in pristine condition. Products are individually packed in protective inner boxes (customizable), which are then placed into heavy-duty, double-corrugated master cartons. For fragile items or sea freight shipments, we can add protective pallets, corner guards, and shrink wrap for maximum security.
