FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About LED Lighting Orders
Products
What LED lighting products do you manufacture?
We specialize in manufacturing a comprehensive range of premium LED lighting solutions. Our core product lines include LED downlights, LED spotlights, track lights, magnetic track light systems, linear lights, and LED strip lights. We continuously expand our catalog to meet the evolving demands of architectural and commercial lighting design.
Are your products suitable for commercial and residential projects?
Absolutely. Our versatile LED fixtures are engineered to excel in diverse environments. They are widely specified for commercial spaces such as hotels, retail stores, offices, and restaurants, as well as high-end residential projects including luxury villas and modern apartments. We offer different specifications to match the exact requirements of each space.
Customization
Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes, OEM and ODM services are at the core of our business. We partner with global lighting brands, importers, and contractors to manufacture under their own labels (OEM) or develop entirely new lighting products from conceptual design through to mass production (ODM), backed by our robust engineering team.
Can you customize wattage, beam angle, CCT, and housing color?
Yes, we provide extensive customization options for every project. You can specify precise wattages, select narrow to wide beam angles, and choose CCTs ranging from 2700K to 6500K (or tunable white). We also offer custom housing finishes including matte black, white, silver, and any specific RAL color to match your design intent.
Can you customize packaging and logo?
Certainly. We help you build your brand identity by offering professional laser printing or silk-screen logo printing directly on the fixtures. Furthermore, we can design and produce fully customized inner color boxes, master cartons, instruction manuals, and product labels that perfectly align with your brand guidelines.
Samples
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes, we highly encourage ordering samples before proceeding with mass production. This allows you to evaluate the build quality, lighting performance, and finishing of our products firsthand. Sample evaluation is a crucial step in our quality assurance and project confirmation process.
How long does it take to prepare samples?
For our standard products or items requiring minor OEM modifications (such as specific CCT or beam angles), sample preparation typically takes 3 to 7 working days. For entirely new ODM prototypes requiring custom molds or structural engineering, the development phase usually requires 15 to 30 days.
Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes, sample fees are generally refundable. When you proceed to place an official bulk order that meets our required quantity threshold, we will deduct the initial sample cost from the total balance of your bulk order, making the sample essentially free of charge for our long-term partners.
MOQ and Pricing
What is your MOQ?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the specific item and customization level. For standard models, the MOQ is generally low to support trial orders. For customized OEM orders with private labeling and custom packaging, the MOQ is typically between 500 to 1000 pieces. Contact us for exact details per model.
How can I get a quotation?
You can obtain a quotation by sending us an inquiry through our website contact form, emailing our sales team directly, or reaching out via WhatsApp/WeChat. Once we receive your requirements, our dedicated sales engineers will review your needs and provide a comprehensive, competitive price list within 24 hours.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
To ensure an accurate and rapid quotation, please provide as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes the specific product model or reference image, required wattage, order quantity, preferred CCT and beam angle, installation method, and any specific certification requirements for your target market.
Production and Delivery
How long is the production lead time?
For standard orders, our typical production lead time is 25 to 35 days after the deposit is received and all specifications are confirmed. For urgent project requirements, we can expedite production schedules based on our current factory capacity and raw material availability. We always strive to meet your project deadlines.
How do you control product quality?
We implement a rigorous, multi-stage Quality Control (QC) system. This includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) on the assembly line, and 100% aging tests for a minimum of 12-24 hours. Finally, Final Quality Control (FQC) ensures every fixture meets our stringent standards before packaging.
Do you provide product certificates?
Yes, our products are engineered to comply with stringent international safety and performance standards. Depending on the specific product line and your market requirements, we can supply standard certifications and test reports including CE, RoHS, CB, ETL, UL, and SAA, ensuring smooth importation and project compliance.
Payment and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
For international orders, our standard payment terms are via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We generally require a 30% deposit before mass production begins, with the remaining 70% balance payable before shipment. For large-scale project orders, we can also discuss other secure payment methods such as L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
Can you arrange shipping?
Absolutely. We have established long-term partnerships with reliable international freight forwarders. We can quote and arrange flexible shipping terms according to your preference, including EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP. Whether you require fast air freight for urgent samples or cost-effective sea freight for bulk containers, we handle it all.
How do you pack the products for export?
We utilize robust, export-grade packaging to guarantee your goods arrive in pristine condition. Products are individually packed in protective inner boxes (customizable), which are then placed into heavy-duty, double-corrugated master cartons. For fragile items or sea freight shipments, we can add protective pallets, corner guards, and shrink wrap for maximum security.
