Product Overview

FST-SP-QL03 is a wide-edge recessed spotlight for renovation and luminaire replacement projects. The wider trim can cover marks around an existing ceiling opening and can also accommodate a range of cut-out sizes, reducing the need for additional ceiling repair.

Four sizes are available for cut-outs from 75mm to 190mm, with power options from 18W to 80W. The adjustable lamp body and deep anti-glare reflector are suitable for hotels, shopping malls, offices and exhibition spaces. CRI90 / CRI98, 15° / 24° / 36° beam angles and different dimming options can be matched according to the selected LED source and driver.

Where This Wide-Edge Spotlight Works Best

FST-SP-QL03 is designed for renovation and luminaire-replacement projects where the existing ceiling opening or marks around the old fixture are difficult to cover. Its wider trim can conceal the edge of the original opening, while the adjustable lamp body allows the beam to be aimed after installation.

Four sizes cover 18W to 80W and cut-outs from 75mm to 190mm. The deep anti-glare structure makes the series suitable for hotels, shopping malls, offices, exhibition halls and other commercial spaces that need stronger output without leaving the light source visually exposed.

How to Select the Configuration

Power Cut-out Range Typical Use
18W 75–90mm Lower ceilings, compact display areas and smaller replacement openings.
30W 95–110mm General retail, hotel and office accent lighting.
45W 125–150mm Larger spaces or higher mounting positions.
80W 165–190mm High ceilings and large commercial replacement openings.

Beam angles of 15°, 24° and 36° are available. Choose 15° for concentrated long-distance light, 24° for focused displays and 36° for broader coverage. Ra90 or optional Ra98 can be matched according to the project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the trim wider than a standard spotlight?

The wide trim is intended to cover larger existing openings and marks left around previously installed luminaires.

Can one size fit different cut-outs?

Each version covers a stated cut-out range. The exact opening must still be measured before the model is selected.

Is the light direction adjustable?

Yes. The lamp body can be aimed to suit displays, circulation areas or architectural features.

Which beam angle is best for a high ceiling?

A narrower 15° or 24° beam helps carry more light toward a distant target, but power and spacing must also be considered.

Can a sample be made before the project order?

Yes. A sample is recommended to confirm cut-out coverage, installation depth, beam and finish.
